Do you offer FREE SHIPPING?

Many of the products advertised in our store offers free shipping via Standard Shipping. To view the shipping options available, you can press the SHIPPING OPTIONS button and select your shipping location.

What type of discounts do you offer?

Most of our products are already discounted. The discount percentage for these products will be displayed as a label on top of the item picture. However, we do offer the following discounts:

  1. A 2% discount on your total purchase amount if your order exceeds $100.
  2. A 2% discount on 3 items and above in your shopping cart.
  3. A 2% complimentary discount on a form of COUPON on your first purchase (valid for 30 days).

What type of payments do you offer?

We accept VISA, MASTER, AMERICAN EXPRESS and Debit Cards through our secured checkout services. By providing us with your Credit or Debit card details you authorizes us to charge your Credit or Debit Card for the entire amount of your purchases on the Website.

Can I pay in my local currency?

By default, all prices listed in our store is in United State Dollars USD. However, our system will attempt to display your local currency once you visit any of our pages by detecting your IP address. Our payment gateway supports the following currencies:

Will I receive an invoice against my order?

Yes, once you place the order and the payment is approved, you will receive an automatic email detailing your order and the amount you have paid. Attached to this email you will receive a PDF invoice as well.

Usually, lead time from the supplier is between 2-3 working days before they ship out your order, so you will need to add the lead time to the delivery duration shown in your shopping cart to get an estimate delivery time.

Our system will also alerts you by email one your shipment is on transit, out for delivery, failed delivery and once it is successfully delivered.

Do your prices include taxes?

All international shipping to the United Arab Emirates are subject to 5% Tax on the total value of your order . You will be requested to pay this amount to the delivery company once they reach your door steps to deliver your package. All shipping options available in our site are marked as Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). We do however offer a 5% discount to cover these charges if your order reaches over $100. The discount will be automatically applied to your cart total during checkout process. Other countries may have different Tax figures.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?

Typically, you can cancel your order and get full refund anytime with no questions asked if your request is submitted to us within 5 hours from the time of your purchase. Usually, your order will be secured within 5 hours from the time we receive your payment.
